1. 打开 配置工具->SQL Server外围应用配置器
2. 点击“Surface Area Configuration for services and connections”
3. 在“Database Engine->Remote Connection”下，选择“Local and remote connection”选项，选择下面的“Using both TCP/IP and named pipes”
另外要检查一下SQL Server的services是否启动。
